Our firm specialises in architectural, structural and plant design.Thanks to our dynamic and multidisciplinary team, made up of architects, plant engineers, structural engineers and site managers, we are able to take care of and monitor all the phases of the design process: from analysis and strategic consultancy for the definition of the conceptual project, to the realisation of the architectural work.

Alessandra Pedone graduated in Architecture from the University of Naples in 2000, with a thesis on Industrial Design. She then specialised at the Milan Polytechnic in furniture design, acquiring particular skills in the executive design of furnishings as well as interiors related to the domestic world, before starting her an apprenticeship at various design studios of national importance based in Milan. She has had several valuable work experiences in her field, which she brings with her and continues to develop at the PEDONE & TOMEO architects lab, of which she is the founder.
Carlo Tomeo graduated in Architecture from the University of Naples in 2000, with a thesis on architectural design. He then moved to the USA for a period of apprenticeship at various architectural firms in Rochester (NY), where he worked on both large and small scale projects. His twenty years of work experience have led him to collaborate with some of the most important Italian fashion brands, creating flagship projects in the most important Italian and foreign cities, as well as numerous residential and hotel projects.

ENGINEERING
Il nostro team di ingegneri garantisce servizi di alto profilo nell’ambito della progettazione strutturale, impiantistica e di gestione del cantiere.
Le nostre competenze, frutto di un’esperienza consolidata negli anni, spaziano dalla progettazione di strutture a qualsiasi scala alla sicurezza sul lavoro con attività a supporto del servizio di prevenzione e protezione, dalla prevenzione incendi e implementazione dei suoi sistemi di gestione alla manutenzione di edifici e impianti e direzione di cantiere.
Il team, sulla base di un approccio multidisciplinare che prevede la collaborazione con la divisione progettuale ed architettonica, è in grado di coordinare le attività di cantiere attraverso un continuo monitoring di tutte le fasi con un’attenta attività di project & construction management, e l’utilizzo del BIM per un controllo capillare dell’opera e delle sue componenti.
CONTRACT
Grazie al nostro approccio multidisciplinare e all'esperienza maturata nel corso degli anni, siamo in grado di fornire un approccio completo a ogni progetto e, nell'interesse del cliente, di controllare tutte le fasi di realizzazione di un prodotto architettonico.
Il nostro studio offre un servizio "contract", proponendosi come unico referente per la perfetta esecuzione dell'opera e la gestione di ogni fase attraverso la formula "chiavi in mano": un unico contratto che copre sia gli aspetti progettuali che contrattuali dell'opera e dei suoi accessori.
Per questo motivo, dal 2004 siamo tra i soci fondatori di A4 DESIGN & CONTRACT srl, una moderna officina di produzione di mobili industriali con una significativa esperienza sia in Italia che all'estero, in grado di garantire continuità tra progettazione ed esecuzione. Fondamentale risulta essere la collaborazione sinergica con numerose aziende di alto profilo. Si tratta di aziende selezionate nel tempo, di comprovata affidabilità tecnica e rapidità di risposta nei tempi di consegna, che garantiscono l'esecuzione di un progetto in ogni suo aspetto e, soprattutto, con una supervisione unica.
